Fun Friday: Convention 2014 Swap - Granola Bar Box

Why do we love boxes so much?! They are cute, handmade - always with love might I add, perfect for the product we choose to put in them, and did I mention that they're hand made? oh, right. Well, that's my favorite part!

our annual Stampin' Up! Convention is aproaching fast and I want to give away something useful for a swap so I brain stormed and came up with this! I think I may end up making a belly band (no worries, I'll always share) instead because I'm going to be making about 100 of them so that seems doable to me. This box is cute though so of course I had to share with you! A piece of 12 X 12 Kraft Cardstock will make two boxes and you'll have enough left over to even make a couple small cards... am I sensing a Scrappy Wednesday tutorial in the mental making??? yep!

I used some other goodies like our NEW and gorgeous Lullaby DSP and my favorite, the Linen Thread. The 1/2" Circle Punch and the 7/8 Scallop Circle Punch came in handy for my sentiment which was stamped out of the A Round Array stamp set. I got those by punching the "FOR YOU" twice - once in Hello Honey and the second in Sahara Sand (Baked Brown Sugar would have been a perfect match but I discovered that I don't have it yet!!!! I definitely added it to my next order!). The Sahara Sand worked great though!

Now that you have all the info on what I used, it's time to watch the tutorial! Enjoy and share pictures of your boxes on my facebook page!

Happy crafting everyone!
