While the video was just in time, the blog post wasn't... I'm coming to ya two days after the video was posted but it's way better late than never, right?!
For this project, I used some strips of scraps I had from previous projects and made a banner piece out of them by gluing them down, then dry embossed it with the woodgrain embossing folder and then using our fabulous banner framelits I cut out a super neat looking banner shape.
Next I added a background stamp using our beautiful hardwood background stamp and early espresso classic stampin' ink. Beautiful combination on our new kraft 12 X 12 cardstock.
Another great way I used up some scraps was by building up my focal flower! Check out the video for specific details on how I used four different flower stamps and punches along with how I used up a little more of my "off brand" ribbon (one day I'll use it all!) lol! And remember to keep your eye out on the new stamp set I used too :D You're gonna love it!
